This is a rough cut of the first track from an experimental collaboration with Liam Singer, a very talented NYC-based pianist. We were heavily inspired by Cynic's "Traces in Air" and the Bang on a Can school of minimalist composers. Unfortunately, due to circumstances beyond our control, this is the furthest we went with this project.
We never quite found our common ground on this track, so it's a little disjointed, but nevertheless, I think it is worth saving. I'd like to hear some vocals and possibly another layer of guitars. We were going for unorthodox, so the more unusual the better.
