Hi Dave. Like form instructions:
classical solo from 01:03
electric solos from 01:32 and 02:57
..in the intro of the last one (for little seconds) I've done a thing then Mr. Gilmour could be enraged with me, but it was too amusing play it!
Also you please, forgive me, but I was inspired from the "title" nomined in your overview.
Take what you think can be right, if you like

By the way: don't worry -- if Mr. Gilmour wants to chew off your fingers, I can always offer you creative asylum here in Thailand ;) That bit is just over-the-top-great!

@TinyDancer2: ohhh, thanks a lot! That's quite something from someone who a) writes lyrics and b) who's mother tongue is English! Actually, the lyrics were "inspired" by something/someone "happening" in real-life just recently. I met a guy who's beyond borderline paranoïd/schizophrenic. There's no instant shock-horror ohh-shoot scenario there: he's highly intelligent and we talked for hours, but like small volcanoes, strange comments and things kept popping up that would make anyone go "say what?!?". Continues in a song I finished (for my part) and uploaded today: http://www.kompoz.com/compose-collaborate/home.project?projectId=23123

How many good friends was inspired from you, Dave. Darlene use her words like a window opened on her soul and Ann is an example of artist complete.
My friend Dave, you're started with a great responsability. These women have so much to teach about fantasy and relish!!
@Darlene and Ann: I used my Stratocaster red for the occasion, just for have the illusion of play like David Gilmour for one time ..eh! eh!

@dazzlefly: thanks a lot (goes down like honey!). Albeit - I'm not very comfortable with my voice; in contrast to you, I don't have "much control" over it! Used to do backing vocals with some bands, which was okay (because it's "backing"), but lead vocals is an altogether different animal...
As to Mauro: he's a quite simply a genius with about 18 gifted fingers!!! I'm really proud to have him on this boat!

Folkz, I'm baffled, dazzled & feel like thrown back to when I was 10 years old, with Xmas & birthday all rolled into one! Never in my wildest dreams would I have imagined writing a song (let alone two), and have people like it! Wow, I'm really overwhelmed. In Thailand, where I live, I don't really have a "sounding board" for what I'm trying to do. The music here is, uhm, very different, as is the "understanding" (with the gut) for Western songs (unless they're from someone with names like Britney or other, more current "greats"). But it's super-inspiring for me, and I'm really looking forward to do (create as well as join, within my abilities) more projects. The place is crawling with interesting people -- like I said: Xmas and birthday all rolled into one!
@Mauro: my guitar bits come from a (slightly metallic) red Strat copy ;)
