okay..yes...its better to get it right before uploading a sep ....listening a bit more..you're still leaving that snare hanging behind the beat...can you hear where you do that little roll at 0:03 ...that should be the snare hit.

would you have the midi file for this.. i can change it to what i'm getting at and pass it back to you?
