Thank you very much...one question, not really sure how to use the sync tones, but will give it a shot.

The idea of the sync tone is to help the mixer align the tracks when they are uploaded to the DAW. But, in reality this only works some of the time anyway. If you use it (not really necessary for me but a lot of other people want them on this site) I think the best way to do it is after you have laid down your track just copy the syn tone from the track you uploaded and paste in your track. If it is aligned with 00:00 it should work.
