There is one chord I don't hear at 2:50 (2nd half of solo area) and then at 3:40. Here are the chords for every beat in that pattern: F, F, D-add-G, D, Am7, Am7, C, C. I think you're staying on F for 4 beats. The song will be easier to play to once the bass is in the mix. Should be here in a couple of days.

Daniel, I meant to say "G" above, not "F". I was using a capo with the 6th string de-tuned and that's why I messed up :O(
