I personally don't think you need to slow the tempo, I think this is one of those things you get right the first time. My solo's are just auditions for a possible spot in your song. Great tune!!

Wow- that is outstanding! It reminds me of something Betts or Drucker would've done, which is just perfect for the feel of the song. You definitely got the job.
I was on the fence about the tempo, originally did it how it felt right to me; found that when listening first thing in the morning it always seemed too fast (not to listen to, just to think about the parts). That being said, the tempo is great and we can go with this the way it is.
I'm wrapping up another project now, but will bump this one up to next on the list and start going over the parts tomorrow to see what else I can add to it or change that is there. Is that the '52 telecaster? Sounds great whatever it is.
mp3s are fine for now, but for the final submission I'll need a .wav or .ogg file at the highest sample rate you can manage; I typically use https://www.dropbox.com/ it's free and easy to use, but if you have another method you prefer let me know.
That's it, I guess; for now. I'll check back in at the end of the week and post a new mix with whatever changes I've made.

Yeah, It's not hard to tell I am a HUGE Allman Brothers fan. Allman Brothers "Live at Fillmore East" best live album EVER! and yes thats my '52 Tele. Kompozers like it when I use it, especially for Country. This song definitely screams for a "Dickey Betts" solo. Glad you like it :)
