Just some ideas to get the ball rolling on extending this. :)

Yeehar I love the theatrical intro. Reminds me of "Game of Thrones" intro music (the tv series based on the books)

Say - how do you know what's going on with the contest?
On this, I figure anything can go - I can put the midid up for the intro and I left the end empty figuring there were bound to be other ideas.

This is going to be very cool!
Midi and drumless would be really great if you can plop 'em up ? This has sparked off all kinds of ideas :)
I'm thinking that maybe introducing some "telephone fx" distortion chuggy style guitar thing during the latter stages of the orchestral intro - just to dovetail the two styles together maybe ?
Love the use of tubular bells too - I thought about using a church bell sample in the original orchestration... then wussed out :)
Will get to my PC / drum kit later today so will have a play then for sure :)

So I have tympani in - you want that out in the mix? Or just your drums in the main section and added end?

A couple of things for this:
measures 1 thru 37 are 104 bpm, then at 37 where the orig tune comes in, we go to 120 bpm. This is because the sample I used for the ethereal sounds in the intro is from the game, and at 104.
Midi files always seem to get messed up somehow, so, if you remember the above, they should start after the sync at measure 8 (@104 bpm).

2 Things -
1> If you could drop the timps out then that will be cool - I figured I'd have a blow out and try out my 30 day trial of Steinberg orchestra VSTi....
2> I wrote my first comment before I got to the end of the track - That ending is sexier than Pepperoni Pizza in hot pants! Not sure I want to do the drum parts again now having listened to that... :)
Oh and the mix sounds really, really good too!

Roger that on the tempo track I'll make it so in Cubase :)

those measures assume the inclusion of the sync, btw.
I know logic manages to encode that info on a bounce - no idea if that can be read in other apps.

Well - Fingers crossed. Really like the whole arrangement - The mix sounds great, and the ending rocks.

Sounding good :-)
I almost hear a different Bassline during the choppy part at the end. Or maybe just tighten up the tone, in that section, so it cuts through a bit better?

Any way you could set me up with a Bassless clip from 4:13 to the end? Or some other point that would be easy to edit in?

Sure thing - I won't be around until Sun eve, tho.
I tried to work a remote session, but it's painful. Lol...
