Am I wrong or a mix with the two new instruments put together (dulcimer and flute) hasn't been tried yet? Here's how it sounds. I also tried to add a kazoo, but didn't like the result thus it's not in this mix. It sounds too "present" in my opinion. Maybe a clever EQ could blend it more subtly. In case you want to hear the kazoo-plus mix, just let me know.

Interesting mix Enrico.
Welcome back from your holiday break.
This mix is certainly better than I managed to achieve. I have tried to combine all the instruments into one virtual quartet, but found that my mixdowns always sounded out of tune. Maybe there are some pitch differences that show up more when all the instrument sep tracks are combined?
If you fancy trying something fresh you might enjoy my recently started project "Boomerang".... (With Kazoo's!!?)
Or "Piggy Bank Rag" may be a more jolly and Kazoo-friendly project. Piggy has been waiting for some action for a few weeks. If nothing happens soon there is a risk he may have to be turned into bacon rashers or a nice salami sausage : )

Hi Andy and thank you. You'll notice how also this mix sounds out of tune in some parts. Somebody could suggest using pitch correction software - I did no manipulation at all, except for adding some reverb to the new instruments (and panning of course). I leave up to you any judgment about the result of this mix. I made it because I was curious to hear the result and thought I would share it with the project gang.
As far as your new projects are concerned, thank you but for the moment I have a full list of old invites I want to comply. I will keep your projects in mind for the future, though.

I like it Enrico,
Nice mix, although you may want to cut out some of my flute parts.
I usually play through an entire sing, which usually ends up being too much flute, ...expecting the person who does the final mixing to only add the parts that fit best with the other instruments. (Kind of like supplying cloth material to a talor).
Still, a good mix.

Hi Daniel, glad you like it. I also like it, but reckon that there are some out of tune parts. I often do the same way as you, uploading more stuff than I think is really needed and leave up to the project owner/mixing person the decision about what to keep and what to discard. I can try to cut parts here and there, but if I recall well Andy enjoys a lot mixing, so I don't want to step over his feet. This mix of mine was just a rough test. Andy, in case you like me to try out what Daniel suggests, just let me know and I'll try a more accurate mix.
