i had to slice this a bit, thinki i got off meter.. but I can fix that see what yall think.. this is a awesome song you've done.

and i'll be beside
you in every stride
though we're beaten down
on the poor side of town

you can know it's true
that i'm never through
till my breath is thin
and the story ends

our fire will be warm
though our cup is dry
safe from the storm
and peace at night
we may win even if loose this fight

though i'm sad at times
feel the awful weight
of my dreams for you
and my children's fate

i wont tary long
for tomorrows song
is a verse today
and a chorus away

our heart will be full
under candle light
children will love
what we know is right
and though we're r wrong doesn't mean thier right

and i'll be beside
you in every stride
though we're beaten down
on the poor side of town

you can know it's true
that i'm never through
till my breath is thin
and the story ends

Interesting take on this Ezra. I had never thought of this piece with lyrics....I like the prose and the quality of your voice...nice work!

I like what you're doing ezra. Have to say I'm committed to publishing the last track that marty mixed as a "completed kompoz project". But, would consider gearing up a different project to build these nice vocals ideas into - maybe name it Every Stride? Anybody else have thoughts on that?

Ya I thought that too. It's not really built Taylor made for vocals but I heard the melody in my head and had to try it. I was actually suprised it worked .. It's a killer instrumental too.
