I'm from Bergen in Norway, work as a piano teacher at the public music school. I played in some three constellation of bands, for fun. I enjoy very much making music and really like playing with others.

I not a very good record listener, but the most important musical influences are Beatles. They were very important to me from the age of 12. I remember my favorite record when I was 10 was My Fair Lady. I hade to make a presentation of it at school, I think the other children thought I was a bit odd. Anyhow. Later Zappa became important for me. Through the years I have appreciated Bobby Mc Ferrin, Steely Dan, Weather Report, Jaco Pastorius, Buble, Take Six, kenny Barron, Ritenour, Metheny, Bill Evans, Wynton Kelly, Miles,  Knutsen og Ludvigsen, and a whole bunch of other musicians.

 I'm a bit traditional in my approach to music, I appreciate harmony, melody and rhythm, and consider that as main ingridients. I like very much music which brings us humans together, and that is one of the reason McFerrin is such a great musicians, his music is always about community and togethernes.
