If you like the feel of paper, it is worth getting the printed manual from lulu.com (http://www.lulu.com/content/1295509). I got it for about £20 and it arrived within week. Nice spiral bound A4 book and very comprehensive guide. BTW don't pay for the download on Lulu... you can get the PDF for free off the reaper.fm site. Yeah you print it yourself, but at over 400 pages I thought it was worth getting a properly bound copy.

You made a mistake: you can't print it without a password. Anyhow, as there will be a lot of changes with the version 3.0, I'm gonna wait a little before buying it.

...and I would also thoroughly recommend paying the few dollars for 'Reamix', which is a superb book on how to use Reaper to do each stage of mixing.
