before the move the server time was EDT, so your timezone was the only one that was correct.. I THINK (but could be wrong) that the new one is EST, so it would be an hour behind for you.  The personal time zone set in user prefs makes no difference (unless that has recently been changed)

[edit: you are right, it's GMT... with dst observance disabled, making it -6 for me rather than the -7 it should be]
