I knew it would happen. Someone has created a virtual drumset application for the new Microsoft Surface. This Surface application allows you to rock out to a 6-piece drum kit, and showcases the durability and responsiveness of the hardware.
Check out the video.

OK for you drummers out there and others with an eye for innovations, check out the (overhead) photo of the drum set. Notice the tom toms mounted on the bass drum, KOOL each tom has its own holder and are mounted individually. Sure, So what! you say? Well we drummers always are looking for more weight to lug around, haha, no. It means each tom has mounts more respective to its relative positive (L/R) and hopefully allows for more precise positioning. Tell me this set really exists and is not just a graphic designers dig at reality. Its all about mechanics at least at least 90% of it is. Not sure what the other 40% is about.
Ahh the video is longer available...that just breaks my heart :(
OK I get it the Surface thingy...saw this on the NEWS....love technology....as they say Geek and you shall find. Now mankind can go from phone sex, to sex messaging, to surface sex, your table or mine.....gots to be a drummer...see we got plenty of spare time (slip) 'cause we aint gotta worry 'bout no D minor agumented to a suspended 6th blam in the dark, with rusty boiled strings cause its midnight and Wal-Mart only has acoustic, done there been that...wheres my T-Shirt Dude
