Playlists, Your Profile, and The Flash Player

In my previous blog post, I showed you how to share your music on a Kompoz blog. But did you know that you can also follow the exact same steps to post your music on your Kompoz member profile?
Yep. Simply edit your profile, and in the edit box labeled "Bio", use the same process to add music to your public "About Me" section. This is a great way to showcase your best work.
And here's one more trick: You can also embed an entire playlist, not just one song! Check out my profile for an example. Visitors can click the previous and next buttons to cycle through the songs on the playlist, or just let the Flash player play through each song sequentially. Again, this is a great way to highlight a few of the songs that showcase your talents.
To embed a playlist,
Go to your playlist page, then click on the playlist that you want to share. Be sure to actually click the playlist name on the right so that the playlist ID is shown in your browser's address bar.
Copy the URL from your brower's address bar. Highlight the entire URL and press CTRL+C (Apple+C on a Mac).
Now edit your profile, go to the "Bio" section, and click the embed media button (it looks like this: ). Paste the URL into the File/URL field. Use CTRL+V (Apple+V on a Mac) to paste.
That's it! Save your changes and your playlist will now appear on your profile!
