Voice Talent Needed

If you've been around Kompoz for a while, you've probably encountered the "This track could not be encoded for online playback..." recording when previewing a track. This happens occasionally (less frequently now that we have a new encoder) when a WAV file with an un-recognized codec is uploaded. That very unprofessional voice in the recording is me, and it dates back to the very first days of Kompoz. I had always intended to re-record it, but never did.
There are two other recordings that can be heard when 1) a track file cannot be found (sometimes happens when it is deleted just before you go to preview it), and 2) when the file is queued for encoding, but has not yet been processed. The three recordings can be heard here:
We need your help. We're asking that you talented Kompozers come up with a better, more professional, or more fun version of each of the above. Maybe with a vocoder. Maybe with some cool background music. Maybe with an annoyingly catchy chime like the "Intel Inside" thing. No rules here.
I've setup a project on Kompoz where you can upload your ideas. Have fun!

I like your professional sounding voice Raf. Your messages have just a hint of regret to them, which is appropriate when a user is expecting something to work and it doesn't.
Please don't replace them with something totally annoying.

I think we need the dude who voices all those movie previews. I think he's been doing Geico commercials lately. I can hear it now,
"In a world where oil is higher than Cheech and Chong..... your file....."

I agree with Lonnie, I think Raf sounds good. But of course, a chance to make the "Cannot Play The File"-jingle hmmmmmmm. Perhaps a contest. The winner will have a rock solid no bullshit money back guarantee that his/her files will always be playable.
Rock On

I've been told through the years that I have a radio/voiceover type speaking voice so I will give it a go after work tomorrow nite.

I like Raf's just fine---serves it's purpose, and yes, it's got a nice sympathetic edge.
In the states, we have that woman's voicemail voice. The only time she's really sympathetic is when the idiot caller hasn't set up their inbox and she prefaces the info with ..."I'm sorry". Maybe you just need to add the apology.
"I'm sorry...but you're being an impatient boob. Please wait the 5 seconds it takes to encode your song. In the meantime, feel free to grab a beer and bring me one too."
