| Overview |
Here is a promising song that has remained half finished in my computer. It's begging for, amongst other things, a touch of harmonica, some tasteful lead guitar Accordion might be sweet too. feel free to elaborate .. It has a simple chord structure, a catchy melody, and three verses. It's in the vein of electro-country-alt-indie-rock-ballad. Crazyhorse meets Unbunny meets a whiny David Crosby. It has room for some Neil Young/Stephen Malkmus-esque elec guitar lead during the bridge. That would be nicely juxtaposed against a Harmonica line.... Separate tracks incl..... Feel free to have your way with it. ...........I like the first lyric: "Feeling wound up and all strung-out" .............Structure : sync tone at bar 2, song starts at bar 4 with a 8 bar intro, then a 12 bar vocal verse, then 8 bar bridge in need of some instrument filler, then another 12 bar vocal verse, then a little 2 bar break/change/resolution , then 4 bar bridge starting at bar 48, then the final 12 bar verse, then it fades out after about 8 bars..... Intro is a bit abrupt I know. ....Might need another change in there as well.
