| Overview |
Warning: This song is out of tune. When I write a song, typically, I record a demo so I will not forget it. Often times, due to a combination of time constraints and laziness, the demos become actual tracks. This is a worst case scenario in which the original tracks were out of tune. For each instrument added, I tuned down to match the pitch. I will post the chords in the discussion section, but bear in mind everything is between the written note and a half step below. On some level (maybe just trying to justify the laziness) I think on a subconscious level, it adds to the intrigue of the idea. We are programmed to hear 12 notes, and this is everything but those 12 notes. Some of the lyrics are good and some, not so much. I would like to rewrite the opening section and any ideas on that are welcome. Lyrics come to me at first by certain sounds and syllables I hear in my head, so sometimes, they are nonsensical. Any ideas on the music, lyrics, mixing, or whatever are all welcome. I just want to do the song justice.
