I recently broke my foot so I can't get down to my studio.

So, I am upstairs in a makeshift office with a crappy little powerless laptop.

I use the laptop to remote desktop to work.

I recently ordered a little USB device so I could record to this laptop.

I ordered a Behringer UCA222 and I must say it is fairly good for the $44 USD I paid for it.

So here I am ready to play and record and I find I  have no tuner, great!

I went on line and found this Bass Tuner and it turns out to be fairly good as well.

Of course you will have to tune by ear, it is not an online strobe tuner.

bummer about your foot man! I don't know if it is still available but " Q-tune " is one I downloaded years ago. lets you tune down to Verdi's pitch(432) and other pre-1953 frequencies, as well as 440.
