I saw this a few days ago and I was put off by the user agreement. I understood it to say I was granting full rights to Reverb Nation to do as they pleased with the music. They have since added a clarification pointing out that they can do anything but receive commercial gain. I am not one to be picky about distribution so I am cool with it.

I am allowing streaming for songs that are also published on kompoz. The purpose of publishing here is defeated if downloading from ReverbNation is allowed.

Overall its a must needed feature. All I ever wanted was a place to give an overview of myself as an artist. Now facebook is useful for something more than an avenue for telling people when I am about to sneeze or that my dog needs to go outside.

I'll wait until My Space develops an app...

I'm not a Facebook fan:
1. Because the big boss of Facebook is a big jerk (nothing to compare with the big boss of Kompoz, you see... maybe he is, but I don't know it :p).
2. Why should I need to be classified. 1984 was not a fiction.
3. Facebook the Devil will get me one day, I'm sure, I will follow like a cow.

I'm a technology guy. I love innovation, gadgets, and "game changers" (no, not games -- "paradigm changers"). I dig FB for what it can be, and I hate it for what it is. The quizzes and fugly UI are a nuisance. But the way it connects people is pretty powerful. Just today I posted a note on FB announcing a new iPhone app I created, and within minutes I had friends trying it out and re-posting to their friends. Nice.

Nothing is against you Raf! You had a great idea. Just my point of view, you should banish me.

My high school yearbook was sorta like a facebook.

Too much of flavors for me, I don't deserve it. I'm really happy to be on Kompoz. You do your best to open Kompoz to other people who are not necessarily musicians.

For me its a place to let people know I'm still rocking. . . more than ever. I'm keeping up with old bandmates and how they evolved as artist as well. Its cool to hear from old friends I heven't seen in years. As Bob Seger would say "its good for the soul".

I click "hide" on all the stupid little apps like Mafia Wars and Farmville. I can even hide people who constantly spout nonsense.

But it is a bit trendy and as such its scoffed at by many - especially those who tend to look for things to scoff at.

Question about Facebook, do I have to send my music there or is it just links to Kompoz? I really don't want to give my music there.

I'm serious...you'll be able to post your best sh^tfaced picture or stream it, your choice.. Share and connect with every drunk person throughout the world. It will also come with a breathalyzer in order to log on....to make sure you're totally f^cked up.

That really is a very good idea...purely from a money-making standpoint, of course. There are alot of drunk people out there...;)

I just have way too many neglected hobbies to consider spending time on FaceBook, Sh*tF^ced might be a different story. Back on topic, does this FB app allow me to add pics of million gothy looking "friends" so people can judge how professional I am but how long it takes my page to load?
