The song is in my native language, Spanish. It is titled, "Por Mi Imbecilidad" (Because of My Stupid Head). It is the fictitious story of a guy that gets drugged and robbed by a one-night stand he picks up at a bar. This form of theft is common in my country and those kinds of girls are called "peperas" (from the slang term "pepa" for pastilla, pill).
