Is there any insite on this issue? Mapex is trying upload a wav to a project and is getting this, where an mp3 uploads fine. He's a plus member so that isn't the issue.

#2038 is a generic error number thrown by the Flash uploader.  I have been researching the logs to get more information as to root cause.  There is a strong correlation to Web server congestion.  I see upload timeout errors in the logs during the times when the #2038 error is reported.

To remedy this, we are working on an enhancement to the upload process, such that uploads will bypass the Kompoz Web servers completely, and post to the storage devices directly.  We are about 80% complete with coding, and should have an update for you by this weekend.

I updated (enhanced) the uploader this morning (Monday, April 16th).  I will keep an eye on things throughout the day.  Please report any errors you might experience.  Hopefully, it will be much better now.

I also just noticed, right after the 2038 error. I went to look at the track list and a track was uploaded twice. But one of them was named wrong but the tracks were the same.

Got error #2038 on upload yesterday about 20:00 hours UTC. Uploading 5 wave files. 3 completed, 1 gave error 2038 and the last one remained pending. About 35MB each. The page was frozen in that state. I refreshed the page, was asked to log in again and was relieved to find 3 files still there waiting to be added to the project. A further upload of the 2 remaining files went without a hitch.

Hope this information may help.

I have changed from a 403 error to a 2038 error now on the 4th file. Consistently can't upload more than 3 wav files.

I am unable to upload more track on the project "Fade Away" (http://www.kompoz.com/compose-collaborate/home.project?projectId=32443).

After 4 tracks (drummers upload lot of tracks you know...) everytime I try to upload 1 more I get this message:

"You may upload up to 30 files at one time. We could not queue the files you selected. Reason is: File size exceeds allowed limit."

But I am trying to upload only 1! It's weight is about 230 Mb

Help!!!

There is a 200MB per file limit at the moment.

I never got these errors, maybe people having this problem should update their Flash Player.

Flash player is up to date....

I just got another 2038 error. 4 files... After the 3rd one finishes 4th fails into 2038. The limit is per file right? Not on the upload session right Raf?
