I used this license: Creative Commons Attribution-Noncommercial-Share Alike License The vocalist is missing from the site. (please come back soon) Can I publish without him?

Just to be clear, can he publish but not offer those extra licenses that are now available? I ask because I wonder how you can offer the special licenses for anything at all without the OK of anyone having any copyrights at all in the project. (A plain BY license may offer some possibilities but the others?)

Everyone on the project has to agree to any "extra" license extention. So if that person has gone AWOL, and has not set his/her license option choice to "auto-agree", then the song will not be avialable for licensing beyond the standard Creative Commons license. The good news is that I think the vocalist he's talking about is Stuart, and I happen to know that Stuart is OK with this, and has set his profile to "auto approve".

Cool. I thought that since you split things up the way you did that it was like you say but I also thought that that might not have been clear to the reader just skimming and so I asked for my sake as well as others.
