 I originally started playing bass guitar at the age of 13. I've been in a variety of different bands through my life playing everything from country music to heavy metal. I've been in a few all original bands and many cover bands.

Bass guitar lead to the screaming electric 6 string some time shortly after I started playing. At 29 I went out and bought a Yamaha DX11 digital synth not even knowing a note of the keyboard. I taught myself from what I had learned on guitar.

My music background is totally self taught. I took just a few lessons in life to "try" to learn to read sheet music, but that didn't worked out very well. Toss on an album and learn by ear!

I play a Yamaha SY85 and a Korg 01W for synth's. I also use verious software synth's and samplers, Rapture and Kontakt being my favorites. And for guitars I have a Gibson Les Paul Studio, a Gibson Invader, a Washburn Les Paul copy, an Aria Pro II bass and an Ibanez acuostic. I'd like to add a Yamaha Motif XS to the synth collection but right now that is a little over the budget.

If I put down all of my music influenences there wouldn't be enough space on this page but my favorite keyboard players are Tony Carey and Jon Lord.

I'm very facinated with space and all of the pictures on my profile except me at the keys, the thistle and the moon are of different galaxies in our Universe.
