I like all kinds of music. It all depends on whether or not the music is GOOD! You can ALWAYS hear it! My Favorite Classic Rock band is Led Zeppelin and Black Sabbath, Ozzy, Aerosmith etc etc. Those are bands I like to listen to. In Jazz, I like John McLaughlin, Tom Scott, Stanley Clark (Bass) Dave Weckl. The best Jazz is progressive, spontaneous, unrehearsed music that APPEARS and SPEAKS. I like Yngwie Malmsteen, Dream Theater, Megadeth, Metallica, Queensryche. Not into songs and music about Death, Killing or Satan. I always prefered music that is complex and says something. If the women liked it then that was all the better. I would way rather get laid than have a fight.......

I have a hybrid kit right now. The head is an Alesis DM Pro. I have a Hart Dynamics Multipad (6 inputs) and a triggered Snare and Kick. Hi-Hat and Cymbals round it out. My computer has a Soundblaster Audigy 4 and I am running Cakewalk Music Creator with a variety of VST plug-ins. My favorite Plug-in is the BBE Sonic Maximizer. I have my pad setup in my snare stand and the Alesis DMPro plugged into my Audigy Sound Card. Kinda hard to get a clean drum set sound right now. Still experimenting with Cakewalk and my setup.
