Why is it that you cannot find members by genre? How are you supposed to find musicians to collaborate with on a specific track? Dumb luck?

If you search by 'talents' the search results don't sort properly - when you hit the 2nd page of search results it re-sorts to being alphabetical, instead of by join date for example
