BUT WAIT: In a surprise announcement, Michael has offered to auction the guitar to raise money for charity! His decision to forgo his prize has earned him major kudos from me, and very likely many others. Fantastic idea, Michael! Michael is a professional sound engineer and an owner of Ante Up Studios in Cleveland, OH. He's a multi-platinum award winning producer, engineer, arranger, and composer.

No charity has been defined, and all of this is totally up to Michael. Suggestions have been put forth for Neil Young's "Bridge School", and for The National Association for Music Education. I'll post details of the auction as they develop.
