I've been playing drums for more than 30 years. I consider myself a minimalist drummer. That is, first and foremost I let the drums serve that purpose of providing a foundation for the song. But that doesn't mean I won't let loose when a song or passage calls for it.
I grew up on Classic Rock, so that is where my heart lies, but I enjoy many different genres.
