I grew up playing in Orchestra, metal and prog bands. Listening to Rush, King Crimson, Yes, Black Sabbath, extreme metal, the Police, Peter Gabriel and the like.
I'm not really into playing metal anymore but I enjoy listening to it. These days, I gravitate more towards odd meter and prog stuff. I'm also making attempts in the jazz world and I love supporting a good singer/songwriter that will let me have free (tasteful) reign over the bass parts.
