I'm a 40-something guitarist who grew up in the heyday of 80's thrash and speed metal bands. Despite the certainty that my taste for this music would be something that I'd outgrow, that hasn't happened. I still enjoy listening to and creating heavy music. I have been part of many collaboration efforts on Indaba Music and, now that Indaba has been reduced to a steaming pile of non-functionality, I'm hoping to be part of some collaborative efforts here.
