The two basses blend better than I thought they would. I was worried that Aloe wasn't going to capture that same intimacy and emotion that she had on the first take but she nailed it. I think I still prefer the single vocal over the double for this but that's just my opinion man.

Are the vocals a couple of dB too loud? I can do another mix with the single vocal for reference.

Nice job! Vocals are a little loud..double/single doesn't matter to me.. I really wish I had a guy to backup vocal. Can you guys recommend anyone? I know what I would want him to sing.. Of course we can leave this alone now too

Make sure to let Mika know this is the mix to track backing vocals to. :) It isn't the featured mix and may be confusing.

Just hit it an octave under...on the "Its a ride I'll only take with you" ..either the octave or a third up from the octave under. Posting lyrics now.
