Thank's Mike - I Will follow advice from xterra and relax a bit from listening to that all over again for better judgement:) I like both versions.

sounds good man, maybe a little dark, ...meaning possibly not as clear as it could be. I would need to look at in my daw to see approximately what freqs need to come up. do you use any A-B comparison plugs? I have one, I forget what its called ATM. maybe try to compare this to a similar tune and brighten it up a pinch. otherwise I think its just fine man, great job by all for sure.

I like the backing vocals a lot. Some of the balance in Bills first guitar solo is lost, like the first half of it is disproportionately quiet. Otherwise it sounds good to me

Mike you talking about moment in 1:10-1:17? Something from guitar part lost in there? I like that back vocals aswell. They are very quiet but they are there sometimes coming out out of nowhere. I will try another AB comparing with xterra suggestion about changing some frequencies. Also will add whatever xterra will add.

yes, actually listening now, it's the whole part. It should be on par with vocal in terms of level.

Xterra you want me to lower in volume that part and you will record something additional in that place or we will leave it as it is and you maybe can record some small entrance intro to that guitar which enters in 1:17, something like 2-3 seconds so this vocal can be still heard as echo which kicks in in 1:10, and I will slightly lower the volume of that "phone ringing" guitar. I like that first guitar. It sound now like it's kind of cut but there is some beauty in it aswell. Maybe that 🎸 phone ringing tone is to loud a bit and melting with echo delay on vocal. I could split this on left and right channel but the vocal will loose the power it will sound not natural. I think the best thing would be to record some small patch in that place and I will play around with volume. In your original records that part is perfect but after adding more vocals in background I had to compromise other things and play with the volumes and frequencies. Propably you can hear this that it doesn't sound like you planned this to be. My apologies. All this instruments and frequencies are fighting to be heard its never ending fight.

my plan is to take out the trill and the lead from 109 to 120 and replace them with something else that fits better, possibly the same sound I used on the lead at 356, but I am not sure yet, I will play around with it tomorrow and could possibly give you more then one option to try.
