Cool track! I think it's awesome that we have some hip-hop/rap artists joining, since that's been underrepresented here for a while. Also something I'm not too personally familiar with, since it usually seems that rap artists who have joined here like to write their own lines (completely understandable) - really the only genre I haven't really penned here. But this is really cool, and I hope you keep making some more tracks and building a little community here for the genre! :D

Vocal phrasing is very good but lacking passion.

Thank you, and I can understand what you are saying. The vocals almost seem slightly flat or dull? Like I'm not completely into it? Well, it's hard to type this out shortly, but the song comes from an uneasy place, and the part, "I'm sorry my friends, I think we've been caught," is kinda the energy of how this song was created. So, that's why I didn't jump out trying to sound motivational, it is an unsettling acceptance that made me wanna push the message of the song. But with that said, I agree it is missing something to really bring you in, and I really appreciate you saying that, because now I am going to see what I can do with the vocals to help.

all the elements are there.. its needs a structure order adjustment AND a dose of extra ART with a helping of SUBBASS chest compression and its gold!!
