Love it! Really soulful singing and excellent, rockin' music. :)
But despite my last name and a lot of my family being Mexican/Spanish/Basque, I don't understand a word sadly...
That's what you get when you're a fourth generation from immigration in California, your family either "uses" it or "loses" it. lol
But I'm sure it means something great! And I guess I can technically still rock out with Iberia. \m/ :D
Glad you like Mike. My spoken Spanish is also not the best, but the lyrics at the beginning of the song is more or less this:
I walk through the streets, crossing the city.
Strange feeling that makes me miss you.
Although the time bygone, everything remains the same,
no signs that it will change.
If I'm not here, don't cry for me
If you know where to go, don't wait for me.
It doesn't matter if I'm not here, you know where I'm going
And living each day, not knowing who I am.
Alfredo hasn't posted the lyrics yet, when he does it will be easier to translate ... lol
Very fine piece Jorge!! I am rocking to you Iberians right now!! Sort of has a David Bowie vibe...cool stuff!! I thought it was about drinking Bourbon though...:)
