I've tried to contact Kompoz but they don't answer. I've paid a yearly subscription but they are not giving me the service. In my settings shows the date I've paid, but still I'm not given the upgrade. Anyone has had similar problem? Anyone successful contacting the company? I'm really mad with their lack of response. I can upload stems if needed, but they'll be in MP3 format. Yes I know, MP3, I like to use WAV too, but current circumstances prevent the use of WAV.
