Another rendition of Joel's lyrics :) Again, I don't know what genre it is. It has a bluesy part and a swing part. Drums, bass, keyboards, brass help wanted. Also, a male vocal help wanted , especially for chorus (singing 8va higher) and also, it would be interested to hear vocal change in verses. I'll upload guitar only bedtrack today.

Is anyone else noticing that Kompoz is running really slowly the past couple of days (including today 11/28/2022)? For me suddenly it is taking a long time for everything to "work", like PM mail to load, for tracks to play, and so on. I'm on a really fast fiber connection and have not noticed this with anything other than Kompoz. Thanks for any input. .....................john
Does anyone have an idea how I can create a usable midi track from a single vocal track? Maybe someone has a better version of Melodyne that allows export to midi? Or other ideas? I work with Mixcraft 9 Pro... Brief background: As we all know, there are very few singers on Kompoz. I bought Emvoice One, which can already produce good vocals. For example, I have several vocals from a female singer (who is no longer active on Kompoz!) that are not bad, but the sound of the recordings is not really good. If I could convert these vocals into Midi (with a quality that is usable for Emvoice) then it would be much less work to "polish up" them via Emvoice.

PLEASE DON'T IGNORE THIS TRACK. PLEASE SPARE 1 MINUTE TO LEAVE SOME FEEDACK. THANK YOU. Check out this song I produced 10 years ago. Since then I have learnt alot about music and can comfortably say my output is better than it used to be. Over those 10 years I developed my listerning skills and partook in ear training so I can identify a hit when I hear it. That was the easy part, the hard part was using this knowledge to create a hit of my own (which I am patiently waiting to do.) This song is a inspiring track outlining the ills of the world comforting the listerner while involking a sense of hope to the listener stating the world is corrupt and evil. His pain is expressed in the chorus very well, connecting with the listerner describing his situation as unfair. He is a fighter of injustice claiming he's gonna bring a revolution to end his suffering. The instrumental is a string chord which expresses privilege. This element controls the pace of the track making it smooth like an orchestral performance. The chorus is the sort of climax which increases the energy of the track, with plenty of movement in the melody. This sets up the bridge of the song nicely which is a speech by malcom x which is very fitting for the mood of the song. Words to describe this song is; inspiring, angelic, struggle, brave, heroic, grand, revolutionary, strong and fearless. THIS SONG IS ALMOST FINISHED. I ONLY NEED AN ENGINEER TO MASTER THE TRACK. IF YOU CAN DO THIS PLEASE HELP ME OUT. GOD BLESS.

Hello I am a music producer from the U.K. I want to develop my skills and get feedback on where I am compared to other producers (I think I am pretty dope). I specialise in the genre of hip-hop with songs that crossover into jazz, rock, pop and EDM. This video was produced at a time when I was new to music production. If you like this song you will love my new stuff because I have developed heavily since then. If you want to keep up with new content I put out please follow my social links and don't feel afraid to hit me up for a collaboration. I tend to respond on the same day. I produced this song in my school days, I am 30 years old now. This song is a hip-hop anthem about accomplishing goals and dreams, aimed at the youth. The intention of the artist is to inspire the listerner while entertaining the listerner with easy rhymes, a dramatic vibe and lots of horns. The beat sounds like Kanye West's - All of the Lights and the lyrics have a strong tone to it, stating facts in a descriptive manner. These characterists give the song an exciting feel that make you want to jump out of your seat, or get hyped in the club with lyrics that are chanted which energize and influence the listerner to sing along. The lyricism is pretty impressive for the age of the artist. The flow is pretty simple but when the chorus strikes you are bound to get the chills and sing along. Tell me what you think; what went well, what could be changed and how you would rate the song as a whole. Please leave some feedback about the song If you like this song alot you can follow my social channels to connect with my music, do it you wont regret it... A funky, upbeat and jazzy song with a 80's disco feel to it, it is mainly a hip-hop type instrumental with some crossovers into jazz. It has a smooth bassline with pop instrumentation. The beat is suited for a rapper who wants an funny, funky, dancy, disco style feel to their music!!! I want to capture the vibe of a battle on the dance floor over a sexy woman which ends up as the two rivals becoming friends because it should have a happy ending conquoring conflict.

I love the evolution of a good song. My thanks to the musicians. Philippe(bassman78fr), you have always been there to get the ball rolling and add structure with your bass. Thankyou Tim(Treid) for hearing and developing this southwestern vibe with your spring verb tremolo on lead and rhythm guitar. Eric(LetchaDrums) brought in that southwestern beat on drums tying it all together. Dave(DTSUK), tremendous vocals, a passionate and strong performance sir! Hope you enjoy.

One of my Black Friday plugin purchases was the Fluid Chords plugin. It's an interesting one. It supplies MIDI to another virtual instrument, which can be selected from within Fluid Chords itself, and which must have a MIDI capability called "MPE." Only some of my Arturia synths have this capability, and none of my other virtual synths (it will scan your plugins to determine which do). Fluid Chords allows entry of up to 8 chords in a progression, and a pitch wheel is used to glide forward and backward along the progression. It has a mode that allows using any of the 8 chords, in any order, as the next target chord, which is what I used here. It doesn't pitch bend all of the notes in the chord equally; the top note of the current chord will bend to the top note of the new chord, and so on for each note in the chord(s). Careful selections of chord inversions will allow large or small bends to be produced. In this example, the chords are C, G, and D; and the inversions are: C E G (bends to) B D G (bends to) A D F# (bends to) C E G (bends to) ... Fortunately, one of the Arturia synths that has "MPE" is Emulator II V, which is a recreation of an 80s sampler. However, for this bedtrack, I used Arturia's Augmented Voices, and I automated the pitch wheel.
Not sure if allowed, but this is insanely good https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ExrIpilF95A
