In stunning news, the ailing Gibson guitar company will be acquired Fender, CEO John McCarty announced today. The Mesa and Les Paul models will be phased out and manufacturing operations will be moved to Indonesia. A Post Malone tribute guitar is planned to replace the ailing Les Paul model said Orville Leo, Fender GEO. The new PM model will sport modern features like AI tech, internet connectivity, Geo tracking and an autotune. An optional no string model is available. "Basically, it plays itself" said Leo. You just tell the AI the song and the AI will play it." First models arrive in stores April 1st.

Paid kompoz session work? Ok this is just an idea, but there's probably a mix here of those really trying to make it as musician with the streaming odds stacked against them and those doing it more for fun. So I was thinking, maybe , depending how many bored hobbyists sitting around with relic custom Les Paul (yep, just jealous) throwing money into their woodburners out of boredom (again, jealous) on their yachts (not jealous get sea sick) would pay and commission work from some of the very talented people here? I mean I'm not rich, but I'd probably pay for some completed vocals. Might mean more people on the platform, more happening. start making some small but useful income as you become more endorsed. Kompoz can keep the lights on... Could still keep percentage on collaboration

Was thinking of getting a NDSP sim soon. They are making tones of presets for all the pro level hard and soft sims now to simulate artist and albums. Saw this in a Facebook add if anyone?s into digital amps might be worth it. Presets for all, that?s arch enemy?s entire catalog of tones for a quad cortex.
