Hi Friends, I'd like to offer a suggestion that will help the lyricists among us to have some clarity around lyric requests from Creators. It takes me approximately 2 hours to create lyrics and another hour or two to then review the sound track and combine with vocals on audio software if necessary. Further editing may need to be made after messaging the creator. For a total of 4+ hrs. I love doing the work but more than once I discover the creator abandoned the project without posting it or never replies to follow up enquiries. A short simple posting to let collaborators know the status would really be useful to everyone involved and save them time and effort. Thanks for giving this message your consideration.

This is an old one from 2012, or perhaps even a few years older. It is kind of a bard/folk song, so instead of the piano accompaniment I can also imagine (picked) acoustic guitar - if anybody wants to give it a try.
Would be nice to get a solid, nice sounding real bass, a solo (either acoustic or electric guitar, or whatever instrument you think works) and real drums.
And, of course, real vocals, if anybody feels so inclined. The lyrics are on the main page of the project.
