Anyone using Logic templates, or know where there are any examples of use? I want to sharpen up on my project management and track organisation. Been reading about seps, stems, Aux, Buses etc. and figure I need to improve how I set up effects tracks etc. and want to make things easier to bounce and share things out. Any hints/tips/examples etc. or comments/suggestions would be welcome.

Templates area good idea. I've found no issues, I've created templates for setting up multiple vocal tracks before tracking them. Fairly simple. I believe you can save any project as a template

Yup, I can see how they can be useful. Esp for Kollabing. e.g. download a scratch bed-track, open Logic>New Template drop the bed track in, and I have guitar, keys, drummer track, fx seps and everything routed to aux stems so I'm ready to go and can get into the songwriting instead of the project management.

Yep! I've made a basic "blank" template where I've set all my audio preferences, plus ARC (ambient correction for monitors) and Sonarworks Reference 3 (flattening correction for headphones) plugins already inserted in the Output strip. Moreover, for composing with VI's, I've defined several User Patches for the instruments and instrument ensembles I use more often, e.g. ready-to-use strings, brass, winds and percussion Track Stacks, each containing their single instruments (Kontakt ones in my case) - e.g. violins I, violins II, violas, cellos and basses for my "Strings" User Patch - with all the balance and panning and other parameters already set. Very handy and fast to load. Call it a "section-by-section buildable" template...

That's sounds like it would save you a lot of time Enrico. I definitely want to set some of my own up. I'm interested in bussing things to the right aux tracks so am doing some reading up on the types of templates people are using. I suppose like most things it's down to personal need and preference.
