Hello the loudest guys in the rehearsal room! Maybe I'm not there with my question, but I'll give it a try: I am in a desperate need of some 80-90 bpm simple jazz drum loops with a time signature 3/4, I'd be very happy if someone shares their knowledge on where do I get them. Thank you for your attention, Anna

What is exactly you are looking for in terms of loops, just asking... And for what purpose.

I'm learning to play the piano once again, this time by myself, and I got kind of steps to make during all this, that includes recording a simple song with ideal MIDI, so I chose the song, couldn't understand what the hell is going on with all my loops, and only then my ears heard that it was not 4/4, it was 3/4. I just need a simple soft rock-jazzy beat with little crashes and fills, just simple and steady. (Lou Reed - A Perfect Day) And maybe I could write the drums myself, but then again I don't know how any DAW would behave with this, meaning all of them are decorated for 4/4, 1/18, 1/8, and the vertical bars will be out of place, those all of them allow to change the time signature to the most mad ones.

Hey Anna! I was trying to be funny. Every drummer on this site is better than me, just saw an opportunity to blurt. Here's a secret since you've been so nice. I've always wanted to slice & dice and loop pieces of this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nlVeCpTU_y4

:) well I don't play drums, when I write electronic music, it's all about the right beat from the library, and if it is a "dancing" music, it gotta be square. And btw this guy makes no sense to me, cause he still counts 1,2,3,4, when it should be 1,2,3,1,2,3, and so on. he plays triplets, that is a different stuff, some fill after each triplet, still not a walz

I know exactly what you mean. jazz is weird. I'd much rather quaff beer & whack stuff than do all that 1 2 3 stuff. I'll shut up now and hopefully we can start over where dwfreak left off.

yeah well, then maybe you could point me into the direction of a beat making DAWs? I mean not like all-electronic Ableton, but something I don't know, well you know)) for mac
