my song is gonna be unstoppably great, we may just wanna call this thing now. i haven't started yet (planning to tonight), but i'm confident that it'll be the best song ever written. i can just feel it.
it's gonna be a modern yacht-rock song with a cool latin groove, syncopated percussion, and a smooth trap/r&b finish.

There's little point in anyone else having a go really I might 'mix' your song by moving a volume fader slightly and proclaim to be a part of the winning team
that's what i'm saying, let's just save everyone the humiliation and call it now based on what i'll probably do tonight, that way i don't have to write the song cuz we all agree it'll win anyway. it's a win win. my volume does tend to be too low at first, that strategy could actually work, good luck. this was really just intended as a humble reminder to anyone that still needs to get their song done.
Darn it. I started my song yesterday. Now I know it was just a complete waste of time. All those 5/3 poly rhythms and garage trap beats wasted. Feeling deflated :[
yep sorry, it's too bad too. i considered writing the perfect song last week but decided to play videogames all week instead. now i wish i had, could've saved you the trouble : ) oh well, i've thought more about it and i'm thinking it may actually be a brisk samba, with a funky african bridge, and elegantly orchestrated strings, all set to a tastefully syncopated krautrock shimmy. i just don't see how anyone could possibly beat that. again, i apologize to everyone for the unstoppable force of nature that this song's gonna be.
I feel you may have overlooked one of the elements that should be incorporated: there are actually TWO songs going on at the same time. First, a 5/8 Latin-type piece coming down the North-South Street, and a 12/8 Blues-Rock Song coming down the East-West. They meet in the town center, cross through, then exit to the netherlands. Are you adding that?
I'm working with just the one team. But I was going to have them marching into town backwards, like these ladies. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hxR1prWPKfk

Wow...love the precision of this march...and in backwards...amazing.
